ARSA's goal is to provide a safe, fun and affordable source of entertainment for the community of the Rio Grande Valley and Northern Tamaulipas, Mexico. Along with a stong passion and love of soccer, ARSA has made a serious commitment to its community and currently supports and sponsors several amateur teams throughout the region. |

| In keeping with our commitment to the community and the growth of soccer in the area, ARSA has joined forces with the USL in order to bring the first professional soccer team to the Rio Grande Valley. The RGV's first pro futbol club will participate in the Premier Development League (PDL) of the USL in the 2009 season, which will kick off next May. |
